This house is at the end of a one street, in a peaceful setting, on a lake just outside of Soldotna, Alaska. House includes lake frontage, a dock, and two kayaks to go with it. You can even land a float plane on the lake if you wish. It has 3 bedrooms, plus a small separate nook with a bed. About 10 minutes from downtown Soldotna.
The house was built in 1978, and we are in the process of upgrading it. Enjoy a reduced rate because the interior is not perfect, there are areas where we patched drywall and things of that nature. The house interior looks a bit dated.
There is a chest freezer available for guests to freeze fish.
This house is a duplex. The only shared area is the space where the chest freezer is stored, otherwise all areas are private.
